The following General Terms of Sale
govern the offer and purchase of products on the electronic site
www.23Baullari.it (hereinafter “Site”); it is the Customer’s right to be aware of it.
Making the purchase order involves full knowledge and express acceptance of the aforementioned General Terms of sale
The products are marketed by Fioramonti Alfonso, located in Italy, in Via dei Baullari n. 23 -00186 Rome, f.c. FRMLNS57R15H501D VAT 04943440588 (hereinafter “Seller”)
The Customer express the purchase proposal of the product/s by sending the order form in electronic format, furnishing contextually the exact real and correct identification data, of which the Customer is directly responsible,
and specifically accept the General Terms of Sale here indicated.
The Customer can request the invoice by specific e-mail, and also the sending to a place of dispatch different from their data indicated.
After receiving the order form, the seller will send an e-mail confirming the order, reserving the right to not proceed with the order proposal in cases where:
the data expressed are incorrect and/or incomplete,
the Customer does not discharge the solvency requirements,
the ordered products are no longer available.
In this case the amount charged to the customer will be refunded by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer.
Once the necessary requirements have been verified, the Purchase Order will be executed.
As indicated by the art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any penalty and without having to provide any explanation, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased online.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:
the product is given back entirety (no returns will be accepted on parts or portions of it);
the product has not been used, damaged, dirty or lost in value;
the product is not tailored or customized, for ex. with embroidered figures or other;
the product to gave back, is given by the customer to the courier within 14 fourteen days from the date on which the withdrawal was announced.
Transport costs and risks related to transport, in the eventuality of return will be charged to the customer as per current legislation.
If these terms are not observed, we reserve the right not to accept the return and ask by e-mail, to choose between: returning the product/s to the Customer at their own expense or retaining them without refunding the amount paid; instead, if the Customer has the right to refund, it will be made as quickly as possible by crediting with bank transfer, of which the Customer undertakes to provide the necessary IBAN SWIFT coordinates by e-mail.
If the product/s, does not comply with the order by mistake of the seller or is damaged because transport, will be replaced at no additional cost.
With regard to this, it is absolutely necessary to verify, at each delivery, the integrity of the shipment and the number of packages delivered, noting the presence of faults at the time of the withdrawal, affix with the withdrawal signature : ACCEPT WITH RESERVE, doing not it, deletes the possibility, of termination of any dispute.
The product is covered by warranty if defective or non-compliant; a formal complaint is required within 2 months from the date of purchase to take advantage of the guarantee. In the case of a defective product or lack of conformity, the Customer have the right to obtain the restoration of product’s conformity without expenses, by repair or replacement.
The sales prices, expressed in Euro, are inclusive of relative taxes to which the transport costs must be added. Product prices and transportation costs may vary without notice. The Customer is obliged to ascertain the prices and costs at the same time of each order.
The shipment is made with the data provided by the Customer by e-mail, being the only ones used. Is responsibility of the Customer to provide the exact data real and correct to have an appropriate shipping service, and the billing if necessary or required; the customer must therefore be considered responsible in terms of tax and / or legal, relating to the supply of data.
Shipments usually takes 3-4 working days.
The seller will not be responsible for any excess sales, even in the presence of an automatic unloading-quantity system at the sales site, given by simultaneous orders. In any case, it will be the seller’s concern to always resolve the needs of the customer in the best possible way.
As indicated above, shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Shipments to countries outside Italy may be subject to opening and customs controls of shipping packages.

The photographic representation of the products, is treated to get the best correspondence, in particular the color; slight differences could occur due to the internet browser and/or the monitor used.

These general conditions of sale are intended stipulated in Italy and consequently regulated and interpreted by Italian law . Therefore any disputes related to the same must be resolved exclusively by the Italian court, establishing the seller and the customer by mutual consent of the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
CHANGES UPDATES VARIATIONS
These general conditions of sale may be changed at any time without notice. Therefore, only the general sales conditions in force at the time of ordering will be valid; for orders made prior to the changes, the general sales conditions prior to these changes remain valid.
The site does not sell to minors 18 years
With regard to the protection of confidentiality for the collection and processing of personal data, the Customer is expressly referred to the specific information.
